Responsibilities


  • Build new business through marketing, cold calling, client consultations and follow-up
  • Interview, assess and deliver exceptional talent to remarkable companies.
  • Negotiate with both clients and candidates in order to create a ‘win-win’ scenario
  • Provide timely solutions for clients to fulfill their talent needs
  • Embrace technology and use our innovative tools to get better results for everyone

What's Required


  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • 1-2 years in B2B sales role or previous recruitment industry experience
  • Ability to sell and develop business through relationship building and cold calling
  • Strong time management and organization skills are needed to meet daily and weekly metrics
  • You always bring your A game. You’ll need a positive attitude, motivation and a competitive edge to complement a top performing team
  • Savvy with online research and social media platforms, have a strong attention to detail and are super organized
  • An energetic, positive and persistent self-starter who thrives on maintaining high levels of phone activity and seeing those efforts rewarded.

Responsibilities


Leverage Multiple Data Sources to Cultivate a Highly Qualified Candidate Pool

You'll use your exceptional relationship building skills to develop a network throughout the industry. This will allow you to build an up-to-date pool of current and potential candidates for projects. This includes contacts through industry groups and associations, as well as direct contact with candidates. You'll proactively utilize all CRM-related talent acquisition tools including Clarity's own homegrown systems. You'll leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed as well.

Develop Market Knowledge and Competitive Intelligence

You'll hone your recruitment skills so that you can assist and add value to candidates (who may also be, or become, your clients). You'll provide data backed, value added analysis on the market to serve them in their job search.

Maintain the Administrative Flow of the Business

You'll schedule candidate interviews in a timely manner. You'll take responsibility for administrative and documentation activities with recruiters, hiring managers and other employees.

I had a great first encounter as a candidate for an accounting position. Clarity took the time to understand me as a person. Prior to Clarity, I trained with BDO and then moved to industry where I became a Director of Finance in the automotive sector with 12 years in audit and assurance. We are on a mission to create the future of recruitment here. I came to Clarity with no fear of the phone and an analytical skill set from prior market research roles. Since then, I’ve helped candidates at all levels and companies at different stages make optimal decisions. I am particularly proud of the times I’ve told my candidates and clients to say “no” when I recognized a misalignment and acted in their best interest. I think we say “no” more than any other firm and that’s a part of what makes us successful. I like to keep things interesting and expanded Clarity to the West Coast last year by opening our first office in Vancouver. What’s next? I’ll be busy creating a market dominating presence in Vancouver and publishing my first book on job interview dynamics.
