Sarah Madden, MBA


Sarah Madden leads Clarity’s marketing initiatives and strategically supports the firm's executive search, project and interim, and permanent search services across the country.

Sarah previously worked at a global executive search firm where she led various national and global initiatives. Prior to then, she worked in various progressive digital strategy and marketing roles in the banking and insurance industries.

Sarah holds an MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University, as well as a Master of Science in Human Health and Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences from the University of Guelph. She leads an active lifestyle as a fitness instructor and currently holds the Chair position of the Toronto Region Board of Trade’s Young Professional Committee.

Fun Fact: She has never been to Costco.
