Join Clarity's Client Referral Program

If you know any companies hiring for finance, accounting, or data analytics roles, refer them to us and get paid!
New Client
Leadership Hire $3,000
per placement for Director level and above
Intermediate Hire $1,200
per placement for a full-time
Contract & Interim $1,200
for contracts of 3 months or more

How it Works:

  1. Referrers will have an introductory call with one of our Engagement Managers.
  2. The referral needs to include a direct introduction to a hiring manager with open roles or a person with authority to engage Clarity.
  3. The referral is honoured for 12 months following the introduction on the first placement made in that timeframe.
  4. Referral bonuses will be paid after Clarity Recruitment is paid by the client.
  5. Referral bonuses are eligible on contract placements spanning 3+ months at 37.5 hours per week or more.
  6. The referrer is responsible for any tax liability resulting from the receipt of any awards under the Program.
  7. The referral must not be with your current employer, an existing client of Clarity, or a company Clarity is currently working with.
