Andrew is a competitive athlete and student of human behaviour, who has a proven ability to manage, mentor, and coach recruitment and sales professionals. He is uniquely suited to help clients understand that excellence is a team sport, and through the collaborative strength of their teams, they create value. Andrew understands that great companies are a collection of driven individuals working towards a common goal.

Andrew has a very diverse background working as an entrepreneur and founder in artificial intelligence, having founded Bricks Analytics and B2DI. Prior to this, he worked in sales, recruitment and counselling services for various organizations.

Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce in Behavioral Economics & Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from the University of Alberta, where he played basketball for the Golden Bears. He also holds the Canadian Investment Funds certification by IFSE (the educational arm of The Investment Funds Institute of Canada) and the Canadian Investment Funds certification from the CSI (Canadian Securities Institute).
